Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain how ClarityCampus works and what you can expect when using our website or services.
By accessing the ClarityCampus website or getting in touch with us, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
ClarityCampus is an education-focused tutoring and mentoring service operated by a self-employed professional registered in Spain.
Services are delivered by members of the ClarityCampus network, who are independent education professionals working under the ClarityCampus name.
What we provide
ClarityCampus offers tutoring, mentoring, and educational guidance tailored to individual learners.
Support is designed to complement existing education and personal development. Our services are not a substitute for formal schooling, medical advice, or therapeutic services.
Use of the website
You agree to use the ClarityCampus website lawfully and respectfully.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or information that are not intended for public use.
Enquiries and communication
Submitting a form or contacting us does not guarantee that services will be provided.
Each enquiry is reviewed individually. Responses are made by real people and are not automated.
Any next steps, including availability and suitability, are discussed openly before services begin.
Educational services and sessions
Tutoring and mentoring sessions may be delivered by different members of the ClarityCampus network, depending on availability and learning needs.
All educators are independent professionals and are responsible for their own conduct and delivery of services.
We take care to work with educators who align with our values and standards.
Payments
Payment arrangements are agreed separately once services are confirmed.
Depending on the situation, payment may be requested before sessions begin or invoiced on a monthly basis.
Submitting an enquiry alone does not create a payment obligation.
Cancellations and changes
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged up to the value of the time booked.
Any changes are handled fairly and communicated clearly.
Working with children
When services are provided to children, parents or legal guardians remain responsible for the child’s wellbeing.
Services are provided with parental knowledge and consent. Parents are encouraged to stay involved and informed about the support their child receives.

Limitation of responsibility
We aim to provide thoughtful, high-quality educational support.
While we take care in how services are delivered, outcomes can vary depending on individual circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific results.
Our responsibility is limited to providing services with reasonable care and professionalism.
